I’m a Fractional Marketing Fixer. I partner with SMBs and mid-market companies to solve infrastructure issues that stall growth. Whether it’s CRM cleanup, sales and marketing alignment, or lead generation process fixes, I create structure so your business can scale without chaos.
But it’s not just about structure—I also revamp the programs that drive revenue.
That could mean rebuilding email campaigns, launching a partner program, or uncovering new ways to convert traffic into leads. I bring both strategy and execution together to move businesses forward.
My work spans B2B, B2C, and eCommerce: from consumer packaged goods and legal tech to publishing, tourism, and acquisition marketing. I’ve led CRM implementations, inbound and outbound strategies, and conversion optimization initiatives that deliver measurable growth.
What makes me different? I parachute into complex environments and fix what’s broken. I align people, platforms, and processes fast. I lead with empathy and get results—often feeling like part of the team from day one.
I also incorporate AI-driven tools where they help streamline workflows, uncover faster insights, or create more scalable systems—always guided by human strategy, not automation for its own sake.
If your business needs clarity, stronger systems, or a trusted strategic partner who knows how to execute, I can help.
I didn’t set out to become a fixer. I was hired to lead B2B marketing—but what I walked into was a system in chaos: a CRM overflowing with duplicates and outdated data, no call scripts, no automation, and no foundation to support growth.
Others had been in the role before me, but the challenges remained. It wasn’t just a marketing issue—it was a breakdown in infrastructure. So before I could market anything, I had to either create an entirely new marketing infrastructure—which added time and cost—or fix what already existed: the tech, the team, and the processes that had a good start.
The truth is, I’ve been doing this kind of fixing all along—as a way through to marketing. From untangling messy processes, cleaning up data, and creating better workflow automation just to get a campaign out the door—it was always part of the job.
I didn’t realize that the fixing was where I added the most value.
That experience proved something I hadn’t fully seen before:
Marketing problems are often infrastructure problems in disguise.
And I realized… my innate sense of problem-solving—of fixing things—was finally aligned with the work I was doing—work I actually enjoy.
Ah—my professional purpose!
And then the lightbulb went off.
I didn’t choose to be a Fractional Marketing Fixer. It chose me.
